What Happened When I Tried Making Hairpin Model Photos
Today, I’d like to share another collection of hilarious AI-generated "bloopers"!
First up, this one. I wanted to generate an image of a model wearing a hairpin from our Calico Cat series.
And yet, even though I didn't write a single word about a calico cat in the prompt (instructions)... look at this. I mean, the girl is super cute, which is great! ...But I wish the AI had at least made her look like a calico cat instead (laughs).

Next is this one.
Her right cheek looks a bit strange, doesn't it? If you look closely... are those faint whiskers? Cat whiskers?? And I swear the black cat sitting on her shoulder is looking at her thinking, "Wait, what?" Maybe her complexions are supposed to represent a calico cat pattern? Though again, I never asked for any cats in the prompt.

And finally, take a look at this.
...Wait, that's just a straight-up cat!! A Russian Blue?? And how on earth is that hairpin inserted? It's literally sticking out of what looks like long ear hair! I know I'm repeating myself, but I never instructed it to draw a cat (laughs).

After endless trial and error, this is what I finally managed to create!
How about this!? ...Honestly, why couldn't it just do this from the very beginning? I guess my instructions were bad (laughs).
And you know what? Truth be told, this successful photo was actually made using a completely different AI. Yep. The first AI kept generating nothing but cats, so I gave up and switched. I really should have just used this one from the start...!
Even so, I can't forget the joy of getting a great result, which is why I keep experimenting these days.
Next time, I might share some failed examples from my recent attempts at generating male models...? (laughs)
